Posisi :

1. RETAIL MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (RMT)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • An exclusive program designed for highly capable & motivated people who aspire to become Retail business’ Leaders of our future.
  • During the 6 months program, you will be exposed to various experiences and challenges that enables you to accelerate your learning in Retail Business at its strategic level. You will be provided with hard skill & soft skill training modules within a comprehensive program, and skillful mentors to accompany your growth! After program you will be an ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh graduates (any major) or max. 2 years of working experiences
  • Min. GPA of 3.00
  • Interested in Store Career Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be placed in Stores Jakarta during the program
  • Willing to be placed in all Stores with shift-based
2. HUMAN RESOURCE


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology
  • Min. GPA of 3.00
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to administer psychological test tools and handle classical tests
  • Able to conduct Learning Needs Analysis, Module Development, and Learning Implementation; also familiar with e-learning system
  • Preferably experienced in employee relation or industrial relation, including with third parties
  • Preferably experienced in HR related matters, such as absenteeism, overtime, leave, etc.
  • Strong in communication skills, class management and presentation skills

3. OPERATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supporting in operational of internal communication that aligned with, supervising the effectiveness of all available internal communication channels and administering all media (printed & online) publication as well as corporate documentation.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor degree in Communications, Journalistic, or Social Science.
  • Min. GPA of 3.00
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Excellent writing skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good in operating design software
  • Good in operating professional camera, have experience on media visualization projects
  • Proficient in basic computer language: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

4. LEGAL

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts and monitors corporate legal activities and provides support as well as advices to the company related to legal issue with the intention to protect the importance and existence of the company.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree in Law with min. 1 year experience
  • Min. GPA of 3.00
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Have good interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Know well about Regulation of Limited Company, Regulation of Capital Investment and Regulation of Intellectual Property Right
  • Proficient in MS Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

5. BUYING, LOGISTIC, INDIRECT PROCUREMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure all promotion setting all done and make sure promotion information sent to other division for preparation.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor degree from any major, preferable in administration
  • Min. GPA of 3.00
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Have good analytical thinking and communication skill
  • Have knowledge about retail business perspective

6. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting, from reputable university with good academic result
